As a fellow dentist I just want to make sure
that everyone who becomes a Dental Spa Cosmetic Member, whether it
is Premium, Standard or Bronze, understands that:

Your credit card will be charged the monthly subscription price
until such time as they cancel in writing to Dental Spa Cosmetics at
our office at 300 Garden City Plaza Garden City NY 11530 or by email
to
customerservice@dentalspacosmetics.com. If by email, please
make sure to ask for a receipt to make sure that your email does
not get lost or for some reason put into our SPAM folder.

Once we receive your
cancellation request we will stop all future billing. That means
if the monthly subscription has not already been billed for that
month, we will stop it. If it has been billed for that month
that will be the last month you will be billed.

You can cancel your
membership at any time, for any reason. We hope you don’t but if
we don’t perform or our products do not meet your needs, we
don’t deserve your business. That’s how I would want to be
treated and therefore, that is how this company policy will be
enacted.
